He is member of the Advisory Board Dutch Architectural Fund and member of the Beauty Committee Almere. Richard Koek teaches at the Building Academy in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Arnhem and at the Technical University in Delft.

CH&partners is mainly working in the middle scale of urban design and landscape architecture, closely connected in the design of public and private space. They aim at a high quality of spatial design, combined with a skilful realisation. They try to work from scratch in close co-operation with architects, technicians, contractors and other people involved in the building process.
The projects always combine a solid layout with refined details and surprising elements. The green quality of trees and flowers always find its place in our projects for the city. The main projects are situated in the Netherlands.

CH&Partners (Richard Koek and Frank Cardinaal) designed in their own particular style, in close co-operation with the Municipality of The Hague, the public areas and the inner gardens.
