‘Quality of
the public spaces’ and ‘attractive inner gardens’
are core issues in ‘De Resident’. Special attention,
therefore, to designing them in conjunction with the building's
architecture.
CH&Partners has, in collaboration with The Hague Municipality,
worked on the design of the public spaces and the inner gardens
in ‘De Resident’.
Also a total of 315 apartments have been built in the Resident,
divided between the buildings 'Aubade
& Parabel', 'Tivoli', 'Novelle and Mythos' and 'Olympus',
and the public spaces 'Clioplein' and 'Muzenplein'.
