Rob Krier’s “Light and Darkness”


Commissioned by MAB, the Austrian architect Rob Krier (1938) created the sculpture called “Light and Darkness”. It is a sculpture of two men with their backs fused together. The sculpture is made of pure bronze, weighs 3 tons, is 2 metres wide, 3.5 metres long and 5.5 metres high. All Rob Krier's work is characterized by Urbanism. This sculpture is found in front of the Muzentoren.
  The Resident is one of the many ambitious projects that form part of the 'New Centre for The Hague', the Netherlands.
