In the Resident, along the two main pedestrian routes between Central Station and the city centre and on the new Muzenplein, an area of over 4,000 m2 has been reserved for shops, restaurants and other public services.

Great target groups
The facilities are aimed at various user groups: residents, visitors, the thousands of office workers and the stream of consumers who make their way daily between Central Station and the core shopping area. In view of that, the Resident has plenty of space for "convenience shops" to meet the daily needs of these great target groups.
